Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain

sir i got severe lower and upper back pain problem.going for physiotherapy from last 4 weeks but upper back pain is increasing day by day. It's more on upper left side and in the middle.Please advice.my age is 35yrs, height is 163cm and weight is 60kgs.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely in spine.
A thorough examination of spine by orthopedician is necessary to rule out the condition. Spondylolisthesis or scoliotic spine can be suspected in your case.MRI might be needed to rule out the condition.Physiotherapy braces short term analgesics muscle relaxants and neurotropic drugs, neuro vitamins are main elements of conservative therapy. It might take long time to get good results. If no improvement then surgical correction can be taken. Hope this may help you.
