Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain

My husband is 60, formerly VERY active and fit. For the past year he s been experiencing severe and dibilitating pain in his lower back. The latest diagnosis (and it seems to be accurate) is that he injured the ligament above his sacro iliac joint about a year ago raking mulch and the pain is a result of muscles, etc. tightening to protect the injutpry. He s had good results from medical acupuncture and dry needling, but once he resumes activity, everything tightens up again. He has had it happen in his neck, too. I m concerned there may be something else wrong that is causing his body to react this way. Thank you!

Try to get Inj. Kenacort 40mg 1ml + mixed with 2% xylocaine 3 ml, at the most painful site of the Sacroiliac joint. Also take Cap. Indicates SR 1 bd for 1week. Sensor ointment locally after hot fomentation
