Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got your finger smashed under a heavy weight. Now you are having pain in this finger and also wrist. You should get your x ray wrist with finger to know conditions of bones. You can do mobilisation exercises of wrist and finger to prevent stiffness. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your query.
