Suggest Remedy For Lumps Below Knee Cap

I have these lumps bellow my knee cap, and they are kind of soft, I got a xray and they said I have some kinda growth there, both my knees always really hurt and if I stretch them out a bit they always crack, I ve had blood tests done and it snot aarthritis or anything, do yyou know what it could be ?

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lump. Possibilities that may need to be considered include enlarged bursa, lipomas, cysts, growths from underlying connective tissue etc.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the X-ray of the area affected and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) of lump under his/her guidance.
