I have a small lump under my chin; I was prescribed antibotics, it reduced in size, but is still there. Do you think this could be a serious issue?

you could probably have enlarged submental or submandibular lymph nodes. maintain good oral hygiene. get a clinical evaluation to rule out submandibular gland enlargement
