Suggest Remedy For Lumps In Neck

Hello, i have a lump in my neck, situated underneath my chin, to the right. I have been told by 4 professionals that it is not a swallon gland. I went for blood tests and my esg and crp levels are high, my crp reaches 20. I have constant lower back ache, im suffering with fatigue and occasionally dizziness. Would you be able to shine any light on this? Thanks.

Hai it probably a swollen lymphnode not gland, raised crp indicate it is because of infection, may be in the oral cavity infection or other parts of body, about backache u it is because of overweight or bony resorption due to age, physiotheraphy and selecting gud matress. Give feedback if u had doubts
