Suggest Remedy For Nausea & Cramps

My menses is one week late. Today I have been experiencing moderate nausea and mild cramping. Three days ago I had severe cramping and back pain with slight nausea. I have been using birth control. Prior to two months ago I was having a period every 2 weeks, developed facial hair and large acne. I stopped using soy products which mimic estrogen for one month now. I have a known fibroid and endometriosis. I have had three live births and one miscarriage. FYI, I am being treated for neck and back due to MVA. I have a previous herniated disk L4-L5.

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking a question
your concern being appreciated, seems to have many medical histories and non of it are related with the present symptoms of nausea and cramping, you have not mentioned your age because late menses could be due to age, developing of facial hair could be due to hormone changes and oral contraceptive medicines could be the cause, nausea and abdomen cramp could be due to dyspepsia or colicky abdomen most of the time it is the self limiting condition unless proved something clinically hope this information helps.
