Suggest Remedy For Nausea & Dizziness

I woke up at 2:30am with nausea and dizziness. Got up and wobbled to the bathroom where I commenced vomiting. Must have vomited 8 times. Dizziness was such I had trouble walking. No headache, no focal neurological impairment, no hearing impairment. Took a Gravol and went back to bed. Woke up feeling normal. I'm a 50 year old male. Healthy, with no previous such incidents. Not taking any meds other than 81mg ASA daily. Any ideas?

U didnt pass out and just had dizziness and vomiting. There should be workup for that if the episode repeats again. Get baseline tests done with an EKG just for reassurance
