Suggest Remedy For Neck And Arm Pain After Surgery

hi i need surgery on my neck,the c3 c4 disc is against my spine,i have no neck pain but i have arm pain.The doctor doing the surgery says hes removing the disc and installing plates .i was born with the tube around my spine too small and the disc is preventing the spinal fluid to flow as it should.if i have this surgery whats the chances of being paralized he says i need it soon or if i even sneeze the wrong way i could be paralized.

You can take over the counter NSAIDs like Paracetamol and Ibuprofen(post meals) ,round the clock for pain relief.
