Suggest Remedy For Nerve Damage, Spasticity Seizures With Possible Lupus

I just moved to East TN and was put on Medicaid insurance. I ve had several drs tell me to see a pain management doctor or a neurologist asap. My chiropractor couldn t fix my severe back issues due to my nerve damage. I have severe spasticity seizures and have a service dog. Also have fms possible lupus too. Ive always had internal specialist drs bc I have so many allergies to meds. I there any drs in east tn that can help with my condition? Or any meds without sulphur that might work?

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

I understand your concern and would recommend trying gabapentine or pregabaline for the pain. These drugs can help improve also the spasticity.
Baclofen is another possible treatment option to spasticity. This is a muscle relaxant, which can help improve the muscle cramps.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above treatment options.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions, whenever you need!
Kind regards!
