Suggest Remedy For Nodules In Forearm

I noticed a small pea size nodule to the inner aspect of my forearm about a inch and half above elbow. It rolls when you move your fingers over it..No pain unless you press down really hard on it and then only very mild tenderness noted. I haven't had any recent trauma to the area that I can remember. Should I just keep watch upon it or have it checked out?

Thank you for query.the symptoms suggested by you may point towards lipoma fat cell tumor if so it is harmless and needs removal if grows or hardens.please consult doctor for diagnosis.
