Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Pain In Hands And Arms
For the last few weeks or so ive been havin severe pain in my hands and arms. It actually starts in my fingers and goes all the way to my elbow. Its mostly in my right side and it happens when I lay down. It feels like its in my bones or tendons maybe its so painful I cant open orclose my hand till im up for a while. Its almost feels like there numb but there not. What can this be?

numbness according to details provided by you can be due to two reasons, one nerve compression at some level and second one is circulation is compromised. to confirm the diagnosis please visit your physical therapist or an orthopeadician to rule out nerve compression. following which a treatment plan can be planned.
