Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Tingling On The Back

I ve been having numbness and tingling on left side of back. Itching below my shoulder blade constantly. At times I get numbness and tingling bilateral legs, but not at the same time. I ve also experienced arm & finger tingling. My hips are sore when I touch it. My back is very sore in certain spots when it s touched, and back pain all day. I have fatigue, dizziness at times. My vision gets worse every year.
