Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Hands & Arms

I keep getting a numb hot feeling in both hands (pinky and ring finger) and the bottom part of my arms, also in my feet. Occassionally if I have been out wearing heels for a long time I cannot feel some of my toes in both feet for several days at a time. My feet are the worst, after being asleep at night and on first getting out of bed I find it difficult to walk, as if I need to stretch my feet. I ve had this for quite some time now. On a plane for example I find it difficult to sit still for long periods because my calves feel heavy and numb. I am a 40 year old female, 5ft 6 and weigh 180lbs
