Suggest Remedy For Oily Scalp,dandruff And Itching

Hi doctor. i have a oily scalp and dandruff as well. itching problems occur because of dandruff. i have tried many anti dandruff shampoo but i did not get rid of it. after having shampoo, i get rid of this problem for some time only. then my scalp gets oily and full of dandruff again. so please tell me how can i get rid of it?

thank you for query.it is not clear about the age,sex ,duration of problem, exact morphology of problem, other symptoms etc you are facing.IF only dandruff you can use antifungal shampoos with ketoconazole with zinc pyrthinone combination.use soft water for hairwash.wash hair twice a week. do not oil the hairs.Good ventilation for air is important.there are other conditions like psoriasis so if excess flakes please consult dermatologist for examination and diagnosis.
