Suggest Remedy For Pain Across Forehead

hallo,im a 35yr old female, 10 stone. today i have experienced intense pain above my eyebrows across my forehead,it is extremley intense and if i look down or lie down it gets worse. I have taken co-dromodal but it hasnt helped. it doesnt not feel like a normal headache and i feel slightly sick and i have cried with the pain,please can you advise me. thanks Claire, Birmingham,England.
