Suggest Remedy For Pain After Partial Torn ACL Injury

Hi - I am recovering well from a partial torn ACL injury which I sustained whilst playing netball 3 months ago, however in the last few weeks I have had pain in the top of my knee when pressing clutch and when on cycling machine. The pain feels like something is trapped - then it cracks painfully and feels ok again. Is this something to do with my injury??
