Suggest Remedy For Pain After Passing Stools Due To Fissure In Anus
i feel pain after passing stool.and it continue after that.Dr said after examining physiclly,that a small fissure is their,in anus.this condition is for last 3 years.somtime it heals and sometime pain.my ractum has some swelling in middle for last 15 days.no bleeding only pain.Please advice me.

ultimate treatment is surgery. but try these remedies it will lessen ur symptoms
high fiber diet so pass soft stools means to say avoid constipation and in this regard also take more fluids
lignocaine gel can be applied to that area it will also help
if redness is there and fever u should take 5 days antibiotics course of ciproxin and flagyl
