Hello, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
A fall from height, inability to move your leg, swelling all these suggestive of a possible fracture in the bone. Sometimes even a muscular injury with pain can restrict the movement of leg. But a localised swelling is more suggestive of a fracture than a muscular injury.
You can take some analgesics like Ibuprofen to reduce the pain.
It is advisable to consult an orthopedician and get an X ray done. If there is any fracture you may need specialist care.
Hope this answers your question.
You can ask any follow up questions regarding this issue or if you have any other queries.
Wish you good health.
Regards, Dr.Prathap Kumar
