Suggest Remedy For Pain And Itching On Clitoris And Anal Area

hello! Last week, I was diagnosed with chlamydia. I went on Friday to planned parenthood and was prescribed medication. I was required to take 4 pills at the same time on Friday during my appointment. Since then, I have had extremely painful itchiness on my clitoris and around my anus area. It is keeping me up in the night and I am not sure what to do. There is no strange odor with it, and no weird discolored discharge. When I lift the hood above my clitoris I see thick white stuff.. not sure if it is toilet paper or it is thick white discharge? Anyways, do you know what I should do?
