Suggest Remedy For Pain And Numbness In Upper Butt And Back Areas

need help with suggestion. I have Ulcerative Colitis and bleed on the regular. Colonoscopy good and CAT Scan good, blood work good, upper GI good. Pain rating 8-10 on the regular plus blood stool intermittent 1-2 a week. Also major pain upper butt area numbing upper back legs and butt. Pain racing around lower back area. No previous lifting or exercise. Pain and inability to move freely since Jan 7 2011. VA can not pin point problem. Plz HELP a Fellow Veteran ASAP with ideas or contact
