Hello
I share your concern.

Passage of hard stool following prolonged constipation can lead to piles.

I would advise you to follow these guidelines
1. Try to avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softeners like liquid paraffin
2. have lots of dietary fiber in the form of supplements or fresh fruits and vegetables
3. drink lots of water
4. you can apply local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine for pain relief caused by piles.
5. sitz bath twice daily will definitely help you.

Multivitamin and calcium supplements are advisable.

Pain in legs might be related to nutritional deficiencies like vitamin B12 and calcium or anaemia.

You can take diclofenac for pain in legs until you see a doctor.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
