Suggest Remedy For Pain In Abdomen And Problem In Bowel Movement
I had sudden sharp pain in my abdomen, felt like extreme gas pain from constipation. I couldn't go to the bathroom. Eventually the pain got worse and I had the urge to go, but I could barely move my bowels, but while I was trying I became hot, sweaty, felt like I was going to faint. My bowels finally were moving but it was like diarreah and I also had blood.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. So much severe pain in left lower abdomen with sweating and other symptoms as you have mentioned followed by diarrhea is suggestive of colitis with septicemia. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Rush to ER or nearby hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of stool, blood and urine. Get started with an antibiotic, metronidazole and supportive medications. You may need hospitalization, intravenous fluids and symptomatic treatment too.
