General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in the hand and hip joints can be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I recommend to do a rheumatoid factor level for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
