Hi i want to ask something regarding my right knee im standing earlier in the park when my freinds son remote helicopter almost hit my face then i catch his toys then i lost my balance then faliing sitting in the ground then i heard a popping sound in my knee.after that i feel pain on my knee and side of my hip but my friend saw me falling,,she said she saw me falling slowly..what do you think causing the pain?is there any fracture in it?can anybody help me please..
Welcome to HCM, I have gone through you query and understood your concerns, I don't think that you have any fractured as long as you can bend your leg and walk , probably you injured your muscles or got a joint distended, I advice you an ice bag every 2-3 hours the first 2 days and take some anti-inflammatory/ pain killers 2-3 times a day OTC, apply gentle ice/ hot gel or spray 3 times a day and limit your physical activities, a vitamins supplements ( B ) works great, if the symptoms still persist a physician should be consulted.
