General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic.
With this presentation, it is possible that there is something irritating or compressing the nerves. To rule out neural compression, you would need to do some tests like an X-ray, CT scan or MRI. Drugs like neural painkillers (amitriptyline or carbamazepine) could be of help but are available only prescription. I would advise you see a doctor (preferably neurologist or neurosurgeon) for proper assessment and management.

I hope that helps
I wish you well

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having osteoarthritis of both knees and cervical spondylitis. These both are age related diseases. Diacerine and glucosamine is its treatment. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
