Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck And Shoulder Area
Yesterday morning, I woke up with an achy neck and shoulder on my right side. It s a dull ache (pain level 1, if that), but when I press just above my collarbone near the center of my neck, it s more tender there. The ache extends down my right shoulder and up my head behind my ear. Due to several blood cell tests that revealed slightly high platelet counts, I have been diagnosed with thrombocytosis. I have also recently started taking progesterone temporarily until my hysterectomy in November, so blood clotting is a concern, though my doctor wasn t overly concerned because my platelets aren t terribly high (415 in Jan 2015). What are your thoughts?

You can take Over the counter NSAIDs like Acetaminophen (Tylenol )and Ibuprofen (Advil) ,do alternate cold and hot fomenting and avoid brisk movements.
