Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck

Hi, I am 27 years old female. I am suffering from pain in my neck which moved up to the back of my head and eyes for the past 1 week. I tried taking painkillers, but it seems to be a temporary relief. The neck feels stiff and the pain also moves to the shoulders and arms sometimes. My shoulders also feel very stiff. The back of my head feels numb sometimes. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Get your MRI cervical spine to know the exact cause of your problem, take physiotherapy, apply Diclofenac gel, apply hot pack.
