Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shins After Injury

I was in a soccer game and when kicking the ball kicked opponents shin very hard. Last night I was barely able to walk on it . I iced now this morning I can apply pressure but there is pain . I can move all toes perfectly. I think there may just be a stress fracture in one of my metatarsals

As per your complain it seems that you have soft tissue injury leading to inflammation and pain as well as there can be swelling..
If the all the fingers moving fine there are less chances of bony fracture..
Consult a physician or orthopedic surgeon and get an x Ray done to confirm..
If there is no fracture doing warm and cool compresses, taking IBUPROFEN for pain and elevation of leg while lying down can help..
In case of fracture reduction, immobilization and preventing excessive pressure over feet will help on healing faster..
