Suggest Remedy For Pain In Shoulders Upto Wrists

Hi I have had a really phlegmy cough over the past 4 days and today I have developed a really dull ache in my left shoulder which extends all the way Down to my wrists!! I m just wondering if this is normal. I saw a doctor today an he said I had a viral infect ok but this pain is very uncomfortable

It might be generalized pain associated with viral illness. You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain. Drink plenty of water and take adequate bed rest, most often the symptoms will subside in couple of days.
