Suggest Remedy For Pain In Stomach, bloating, light Headedness And Nausea

I went to the ER and they examined me quick and the physician said I had stomach flu but my discharge papers said that I had gastroenteritis. My whole stomach area and back all hurt and my stomach looks like I am 7 to 8 months pregnant. I dont know whats wrong and need advice as to what I should do. Please. I am light-headed, nausea, everytime I eat i feel full and it can be maybe 4 bits and then I feel like I have to throw up. My body aches also. Prior to this the same hospital infected my arm with a tetanus shot and diagnosed me with cellulitis. Would this have anything to do with that too? Help me please.
