Suggest Remedy For Pain Under Right Ribs

I am 71 years of age, I have had digestion problems for years and was taking Cemetidine until three months ago, now I am on Omeprazole which helps sometimes. When I bend over I get the most aweful pain under my right rib, when the indigestion is bad I have pain in the same place and round my upper back, I also take Gaviscon, I am living in Spain for the next five months and only speak a little Spanish , do I carry on as I am and wait until I am back in the uk or try to see a doctor .
