Suggest Remedy For Pain Under The Right Foot

Hello, I am 59 years old with a past history of high uric acid. Recently, I have been feeling a spongy blob moving around under my right foot when I am standing or walking. I cannot feel anything on examination and it is not painful, only uncomfortable. Can you explain and offer some treatment to get rid of same?

HI
Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, if this is not painful and just discomfort while walking, unless we know the underlying cause of this not possible to think about the treatment because right now this could be nonspecific symptom unless proved something and for this investigation may needed, X-ray, and CT imaging, would be necessary, in my opinion this could be just non specific symptoms and this may not need any treatment, would come round on its own, take care.
I find this answer helpful
