Suggest Remedy For Pain While Urination

During masturbation i hit myself pretty hard in the area between my scrotum and my anus, it doesn t hurt right now but when i pee I get a sharp pain and I have trouble urinating. This just happened 40-45 minutes ago. What should I do? Should I wait till morning and see if it still hurts ?

well u must immediately visit urologist for clinical assessment and get symptomatic relief ,waiting till morningis not a good idea
