Suggest Remedy For Pain,crackling And Stiffness In Knee

Hi there, I recently hurt my knee - a bike landed on it and there was a lot of swelling. I did get this checked out but they said there was no damage to tendons. Both my knees are bad, there is a lot of crackling and stiffness - my knee which I hurt aches alot even in just a normal sitting position (it will nearly be 3 months). Also whilst I am walking my hip is grinding and clicking. Is this just a case of I need to take vitimins to improve muscle etc...or do i need further examination? Thank you

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.
After going through your query I think You are suffering from osteoarthritis of both knee joint and hip joints.
You need further investigation by x ray of both knee and hip joints.
Analgesics (DICLOFENAC 100 MG SLOW RELEASE TABLETS) whenever pain is helpful in pain relief.
Diacerinre and glucosmine sulfate protect cartilage from breakdown and help in cartilage regeration.
Sometimes vitamin D deficiency can aggravate this so serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required).
You can discuss with your treating doctor.
