Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that due to fall there has been
soft tissue injury leading to swelling and injury, tear and and inflammation of the muscles can lead to pain on putting pressure and swelling is due to accumulation of inflammatory exudate and swollen tissues..
There is a also a possibility that there is hairline
fracture in the bone leading to pain on putting pressure..
I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and he can advise you x ray of the wrist as well as knee to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
In case of fracture reduction and immobilization will be done.
In case of only soft tissue injury cool compresses alternated with warm compresses, taking anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen and applying
analgesic gels like
Diclofenac can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
