Suggest Remedy For Painful Urination With Leakage In Penis

i have been diagnosed for Hydrocil by my doctor but i have other issues that i like to share with you. I have difficulties in urination; i get burning sensation and its pale yellow in color. Post urination there is alway some residual and i feel drained out. My penis is constantly moist as if its leaking and has a peculiar smell...kindly let me know what should i do?

It seems to be some infection in the urinary tract as well as genital tract area .
Kindly do urine routine and urine culture to rule out the cause and proper treatment.
kindly consult a urologist to examine and for appropriate management.
