Suggest Remedy For Persistent Back Pain

im suffering from back pain.. from last 6 months..
here is my review of the MRI scan which i had recently
l2-l3 disc show normal
l3-l4 shows symmetrical diffuse disc bulge compressing the anterior thecal sac and causing bilateral neural foramina narrowing
l4-l5 disc shows symmetrical diffuse disc bulge(more on left side) with central and left paracentral protrusion compressing the anterior thecal sac,cauda equina,traversing nerve roots causing bilateral neural foramina,lateral recess narrowing and AP canal space stenosis
l5-s1 disc shows symmetrical diffuse annular disc bulge with mild posterocentral protrusion minimally compressing the anterior thecal sac
*How many days will i need to get back to my normal state???

Thank you for the question. MRI reports suggest abnormal findings. Depending on your clinical symptoms (which you have not enumerated) ,occupation, nature of activity treatment shall be advised. so please write to us the details.
Only advise for now can be that you may abstain from lifting any heavy objects or jerkng on bending, wear a spinal brace or support.
