Suggest Remedy For Persistent Backpain

I am 23yr old now. I am sufferiing from backpain since last 6 years. I cant even bend. Its getting stiffer everyday. Doctors say that my muscles are weak so i am facing that problem. They say i need a lot of excersice. So I am looking for a physiotherapist.

1.The possible cause of back pain in your age group will be positional abnormalities in the first place.
2.Other possible cause could be systemic disorders like inflammatory / infective cause of the spine.
3.You need to try back exercise initially followed by the physiotherapy if symptoms persists further investigations might be needed.
4.MRI is the best investigation of choice for evaluate the cause.
- see your GP and get the physiotherapy.
