Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movement

Hi doc, good evening, i'm having a problem with my bowel movement now, for 2 months, i moved my bowel 2 or 3x a day, but before my bowels moves out, gases came out first, and i feel i am not moving my bowel completely, the movement seemed strted only on the lower portion and the one in the upper part is not moving...am suspecting am having INDIGESTION OR DYSMOTILITY..have taken ganaton, eldicet, prevacid....but am not satisfied with the result, am longing for my normal and usual bowel movement..pls. help me understand my condition..My gastro doctor is on leave..might see her next week, now i feel bloated

Hello,

You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome characterized by repeated episodes of bowel movements with bloating and pain abdomen and the symptoms are relieved by passing stools. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. Use the FODMAP diet is useful. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
