Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movement

For the last 24hours I been and tried to go to the toilet a lot more than usual. Im a little constipated and when I have passed stoll the first was just a small mass of rubbery squidgy stuff and the rest have contain bits of the same attatched to it. If that makes any sense.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history For the last 24 hours I been and tried to go to the toilet a lot more than usual, little constipated and when I have passed stool the first was just a small mass of rubbery squidgy stuff and the rest have contain bits of the same attached to it.
I would advise you the following:
Take an enema and you may get a relief.
Take laxatives.
Increase foods with fibers like ladies finger, green or red leafy vegetables.
Sitz bath.
Send the stool sample for test.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, and any further assistance.
