Suggest Remedy For Problem In Control Of Bladder While Urinating

Hi I am a brother in law who is 44 years old and has problems for the last 20 years urinating properly and it is slowly getting worse (ie a lot of pain). He is otherwise is good shape and has no other health complications. He has seen at least a half dozen specialists for this issue but as of now no one has located the cause or seem interested enough to help rectify this. Basically, he can feel the urgency to go and has control but only a trickle stream will flow without meds. The problem seems to be not a blockage with his urinary flow, but some control function of the bladder. I can't see how he can continue with meds and survive. He still suffers greatly. Please point us in the right direction. Tks

* As per my surgical experience, the problem in control of bladder has many issues at different possible levels as internal sphincter, bladder, musculature spinal nerves or else.
* I would recommend to examine him personally and co relate all the reports done for best possible guidelines and management.
