Hello I am sorry, to know about your mother's situation..
Welcome to HCM and I thank you for your query..
I am here to help you..

I read your question completely and have understood it well..
I being a surgeon, we come across so many such cases.
Do not worry. Age 60, so we can expect these problems.
You have to give her the mental strength and courage to fight against all odds.

Well, coming to the problems that you say and necessary things you can do to help her..
1. Episodes of acidity
To be frank, most common ailment nowadays is gastritis and there's nothing to worry about it..
Please do these things..
A. Encourage good intake of water
B. Avoid or reduce coffee, tea if consuming
C. Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg once day before breakfast for 2 weeks, give it. It's safe.
D. High Fiber and lots of fruits..

2. Not passing urine after colonoscopy is unusual.
Most probably, she may be having meatal stenosis. Better to get it checked and if it's present then, dilatation is required.

3. No taste and can't eat, as I told you is a well known problem in old age. After 60 years.
Motivate her, be nice and patient with her. Give her the food she likes.
You can give Syrup Aristozyme to increase appetite..

Hope this helps you, in case you need any help with this, please let me know..
Take care and God bless..
