Suggest Remedy For Problem In Stools

Hello. Im 20 y/o male. For about a year now, my stool isn t normal - its a bit too light in color, quite soft and takes a lot to wipe off. Recently, i noticed white seed-like things in my stool. What could it be?The seed things look like this:http://www.whatsthatbug.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/sesame_seeds.jpg I didnt eat any seeds at all. Also, one time i noticed a thing in my stool that was red and looked like meat. I didnt find any explanations online, only a few that were similar, but not exactly that. Should i be worried? I dont have an opportunity to go to a doctor and test my stool. And no, i didnt go abroad to other countries.

According to your complain you have problem of change your stool consistency that may be because of intestinal infection by bacteria or viral or parasitic infection.

Stool examination test is helpful to detect infection. Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Start appropriate antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.
