Suggest Remedy For Problem In Urinalysis Results

Hi I have just completed a urinalysis test everything seemed normal with the exception of leucocytes 125++ and Specific gravity 1.020 I can not get in to see my GP and I will be traveling soon, have the usual UTI symptoms, should I be worried about not treating this for a couple of weeks?

you can not get into see your GP you must take all necessary precautions
for the same as
- Plenty of liquids as possible
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of water , organic citrus fruits,
vitamin c supplements help a lot
- Avoid exposure to excess heat
