Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Urinary tract infection. If it is treated properly then not dangerous. If you dont treat it then it can spread infection to kidneys. For such condition in my patients i treat with antibiotics like norfloxacin and send urine for culture and sensitivity.I will change antibiotics if necessary after getting the culture report. It is possible to spread between partners.Take more water.Barley water or cranberry juice helps in alkalizing urine.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
