Suggest Remedy For Rashes And Swelling In Body Due To Intake Of Amoxicillin

I had an extremely sore throat with white patches on my tonsils along with extremely swollen tonsils. I went to the doctor and was givin amoxicillin as the doctor thought it was tonsillitis. I took the amoxicillin for the full 7 days I was told. At the last day, I broke out a horrible rash all over my body. I went back to the doctor and was re-diagnosed with mono. I was told the rash was from taking the amoxicillin. My doctor then prescribed me with prednisone to help with the rash. I took that for another seven days which completely got rid of the rash. Two days after finishing the prednisone, the rash is back all over and my feet, ankles, and fingers are all swollen. I ve been taking Benadryl to help with the itching and I m using cortisone cream as well. What else can I do to help get rid of the rash, or at least the swelling? The rash has been back for a week now and the swelling has been here for about 4 days.
