Suggest Remedy For Rashes In Eye

Hi - i have been having rash like symptom under my left eye for a year now. I do apply eumosone cream...and it seems to go away on a continuous usage. However the moment i stop the application, the rash reappears in a few days, please suggest what can i do

You have said rash in left eye. it is not clear whether in conjunctiva in skin below eye. whether there is itching or any dischargefromeye. in conjunctiva it can be allergy. in skin it can be psoriasis. better get it examined by eye doctor take opinion. treatment to be given accordingly.
