Suggest Remedy For Recovering From Twisted Ankle
Hi,
My ankle got twisted and doctor is telling that there is a hair line crack in lateral mallelous bone of ankle.
there is little swelling, but am able to walk. its not paining that much.
Now my query is whether Crep bandage is enough for recovery or need a Plaster cast which ??

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that crep bandage is enough for it if swelling and pain not increases.
But you need to take complete rest at least for 1 month and take Calcium along with it. if pain is severe then take mild pain killer.
