Hello and welcome to HCM,
recurring UTI in elderly woman requires urine examination and urine culture as first line of investigations.
In case there is any evidence of infection on urine examination appropriate antibiotic has to be started after drug sensitivity.
Besides a complete study of the urinary tract is required to look for the cause of recurrent UTI.
Recurrent UTI is seen in structural disorders of the urinary tract.
Her pulse rate and blood pressure are low.
Low blood pressure can occur due to dehydration or some kind of shock.
Clinical assessment of your mother is required immediately to know the probable cause of low blood pressure.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
